BlindVending Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 Just installed a refurbished 211 in a new account. Coffee flavors taste great. However when coffee is selected as the choice there is a significant amount of coffee grinds that float around in the cup for the customer which has created a few complaints. Replaced the brewer screen and still happening. Any ideas? It's a fresh brew setup... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AZVendor Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 You say you replaced the brew screen but did you replace the brew filter and seal? Do you even have a brew filter on it? The filter is the fine mesh while the screen is the support under the filter. Make sure that the filter and seal are new and that the filter is fitted properly and not torn. If it's a grinder machine make sure that you don't have grounds missing the brew chamber (mis-aligned coffee chute) and bouncing down to the mixing trough.
