BrianS
Hey guys, Was wondering how you approach or what you tell the buisness when for whatever reason you need to pull out of a location. -Brian
Faith Vending
Brian: I usually tell them the machine is not being used so I have to take it out. If the machine is being abused then the reason would be obvious. Or, if you have found a better location tell them you need it elsewhere. Tell em you'll get em one back when you get an extra machine. It is your machine so most will understand. Jim

nepavend
Keep it simple: "sir, I have to take the machine with me, its just not working out. Take care, see ya bye."

Beer980
Yea it is ok to just say that it is underperforming and you need to move it to a better spot. I tell them up front when I place the machine that I may have to remove it down the road if it does not perfom very well. I would not tell them you will bring them another one when you get it. They know you will not be back after that statement anyhow. It's like most "Closed for remodeling" signs on a restaurant means it is available for rent. Faith Vending
Thanks for keeping me straight beer; you are right since if the thing is not doing well they won't care what you do with the machine or if you bring one back.
lurtsman
It's good to find a new location first -- unless your machine is being abused. In that situation it needs to be pulled immediately.
