musser Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 The best way to figure it out is to grab a handful of quarters and watch what happens when you run them through machine. there can be many things wrong, the folders could be warped, the pusher could be bent, there is a little piece of spring steel where the stickers come it could be mis adjusted or missing, I have seen machines where the columns are bent back, folders should face the same way, the pusher should be pushing against the fold side not the open side etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
