UTURNS converting to 4 head

I have some UTURNS terminators that I was planning to break down into two 4 heads. I picked up some lids and turntables cheap. The rest should be easy Home Depot parts. Any thoughts?

I know people have cut the 8-heads down to 4, that's pretty simple. Making 2 4-heads out of an 8-head is a bit more difficult. 

I think you will run into an issue with how to attach the center post on the upper base. I feel like I've seen someone try it before and that was where they were having issues. To be fair though, my memory isn't worth much lol.

The way the top carousel fits into the bottom one is where you'll have more issues. It's doable, but you'll likely be adding on bases and fighting with the equipment every step of the way once it's built. I wish you good luck on the endeavor!

In the pics here is almost everything you need. Lids and turntables need to come from UTURN or buy used like I did. Baseplate are harder to come by because they cost too much to ship. I thought about using mic stands, we'll see.
