Paula
Hi I am very new to all of this. We have a genesis GO127. We cannot get rid of it so we have to put up with it. The whole second row does not work. everytime we try to get anything from B it errors out. I was told check the wiring harness. My first question is if motor testing works how could it be a wiring issue. If you say it can be a wiring issues...... what would make the WHOLE bottom row not work???? AZVendor
There's probably one common wire to that shelf. If you can ohm out every wire from that shelf to the logic board with continuity through each then you probably have a bad board. There is a guy with a www.genesisvendingmachineparts.weebly.com site that sells Genesis parts but I wouldn't put one cent into repairing that piece of junk. CajunCandy
There is a board the harness goes to, that board is bad, needs to be changed! If your good you can try to solderer the circuits on board. Good luck.
