Downturn in Parlevel Systems customer service

Who else here has seen a downturn in Parlevel Systems customer service?

For me it first started when my account rep just stopped replying to my emails and now I have been trying for almost a month to get two more card readers and nothing. Also when I do get a hold of someone I’m told they are busy and it takes time (should not take almost a month).

Well I'm going to have to eat some crow on my first post. I want to turn my negative post into a

positive one on Parlevel. Parlevel reached out to me on my issues and explained what was going on.

First time I have ever had a company call me to apologizes. I always admit when I'm wrong

and I was wrong about Parlevel's support.
