Drcpwen Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 My bill validator on my DN 276E was working fine but started rejecting the bill immediately after it attempts to pull the bill in. It pulls the bill in about 1/4 inch. It’s a COINCO MAG50B and the red light is solid indicating it’s functioning. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AZVendor Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 It might have dirty sensors. Pull off the bill box and then push up on the square button on the bottom of the validator while pulling the carriage out. Clean off the two sensors with a soft dry cloth then take that cloth and clean the fixed sensors that are still in the validator above the carriage you pulled out.
