Kingpacks
I have a 5800-4 with this error "Picker Home Switch" Naturally you would think that it was picker cup but after replacing that, Y E Harness, Y E harness board, both motors, main board. I have done everything that Tech support told me and some , but still have it not recognizing the picker.. I can't even get it to move in position test.. allen watson
I went thru the same thing. Replaced everything as well. Nothing worked. As a last ditch effort I bought another new pickercup assembly and now it works 🤷♂️

gdevine
If a new Picker assembly does not work, Check to see if the harness going to the picker from the board has a break in one of the wire strands. This happened to me and I had to replace the harness which is not fun. Typically the break in the harness occurs about a foot or two above the picker.
