AngryChris
I have a couple 7512s that both give me errors of low acceptance/needs cleaning. The thing is that I cannot find ANY debris in any part of the mechs. I simply replaced the mechs while I could diagnose them. They came from two completely different machines. I see there is some kind of "clean level" or something along those lines but I am a bit confused about that. The truth is, they DO suffer from low acceptance and my guess is that something is blocking the sensors or the sensors are going bad and throwing off these errors. Before I send them off for repair, I just wanted to see if anyone could offer any insight. Of course, in the instructional video, the "debris" they pull out is comically huge lol. Popular Post lacanteen
That alert is created when acceptance levels drop below a predetermined threshold. If you see no dirt then it will need to be serviced and probably get a firmware update. Send to a good MEI authorized service center.
