Inaccurate readings from vending machines.

Cannot get accurate readings from machines. We use Vagabond as our VMS and USA tech for card readers (that should also send out information to our VMS about the stock). But what happens is that some slots are accurate and some show as if they are stocked but not really. We are not sure if this problem is because of the card readers, the VMS or even something else like the machines themselves.

Are you sure your column map is correct?  It's possible you have some selections off and they simply don't get sent to your VMS.

There's also the possibility that your telemetry isn't even being sent.  Can you confirm that it is?  My VMS (vendsoft) had to tell me to do a few things so that all of the relevant data from USA Tech would get forwarded to the appropriate email so that the telemetry actually went to the VMS.
