jdnine
So I recently acquired Ba30b with the error code 7 which is "Transport Motor/Encoder Sensor." after looking through the user manual and cant seem to figure out what exactly I need to clean/fix. The machine powers on attempts to cycle, the transport motor engages for a half second and goes back to where it starting and flashes the code. belts are free of debris. What should I do next? orsd
https://vendingworks.com/blogs/news/coinco-bill-validator-troubleshooting-ba30b-mag50b-ba32sa If it needs to be repaired according to the video throw it in the trash and get a Mars VN2500. I don’t send out BA30s for repair anymore. MAG50s and only if it’s an odd Coinco only application.
Vendo Mike
There's an encoder wheel on the transport motor that is read by a small board with optic sensors on it. Either the encoder wheel or it's sensor is coated in debris or is damaged. Clean out the entire upper track and the sensor board and try again. If your problem persists, you might need to find another DBV.
