USATech back office provider change - Has any one had any dealing with or is using Merchant Service Center

Has any one ever dealt with Merchant Service Center?  They are calling my to take over the management of the credit card processing at a fee lower then USATech?

My concern are that USAtech would no longer assist if there are issues with the readers or provide the level of data that i am getting from their report.  

Does anyone have experience using Eport with another provider than USAtech?

I think they might be affiliated with or are Wittern Group  Just a money grab for them as middle men.
