Sorasworld Posted February 13, 2022 Share Posted February 13, 2022 Hello everyone, I recently purchased a studio 4 automatic products combo machine. However, when I start it up. It reads, "No shelf 3" I tried vending what I believe to be shelf 3 which is the first soda section row and it reads,"Motor error". Does anyone have any advice for me? AZVendor Posted February 14, 2022 Share Posted February 14, 2022 Shelf 3 should be the candy shelf as you should have two snack and one candy shelf. Pull it out and do a motor count and see if you are missing that number of motors. Reseat the shelf after making sure your shelf rollers are secure and do the motor test again. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
