Jrintx Posted April 17, 2022 Share Posted April 17, 2022 We have a DN5591 bottle drop machine. On one of the selections it says “make another selection”. Our repairman did a factory reset, then later on replaced the control board, and it’s still doing the same thing. Does anyone have anything I should be looking for? AZVendor Posted April 17, 2022 Share Posted April 17, 2022 Wiring problem to that shelf or solenoid or a bad or disconnected solenoid on that selection. It's very easy to have one wire off the solenoid and not see it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Had one that refused to recognize a selection like that - replaced the solenoid, enable/disabled the location multiple times...finally got that one to work by running self-test first with it disabled and then enabled...woke it up.
