KCB
I have a Dixie norco 368, Vendo 480 and 516 that have columes that dispense 3 cans at once. Can someone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it.
Gizmo Vending
It could be motor switches or cam settings. Have these columns always done this or just started doing jack potting then probably switches. If you just picked these up then check the cams. Compare to a column that is vending correctly. orsd
Might also be gummed up motor brakes.

So yea these I'm talking about just started out the blue. They had been working fine.
KCB
I was thinking of just putting new switches anyway. Thank you for that direction. Greatly appreciated a

Pretty good free movement. Maybe just clean them as if they are?????? 5 minutes ago, KCB said: So yea these I'm talking about just started out the blue. They had been working fine. Gizmo Vending
Try switching out a switch that is working and swapping with the columns that are giving you problems.
AZVendor
You should think about what you did to each of the machines that might have caused this to happen on three machines at the same time. It's rather coincidental. Maybe changing products out to a new package size in each of the machines? In that case, you don't have the columns set up correctly somehow. You would need to provide us the old and new package sizes if you need help with that.
