Jeffery Cheng
I’ve checked all the cooling settings and they all check out. Person purchased from claims that the location it was previously in had a power outage causing ice to form and melt on condenser and inside machine. Any help would be appreciated, thanks 🙏

AZVendor
A power outage won't cause it to freeze up but if it was low on freon before the outage then it might not cool after restarting or maybe, like you are saying, it froze the evaporator. Make sure the evap fan is running or it will allow ice to form.
Jeffery Cheng
How would I apply the Freon? Is there a video somewhere? Thanks 😊
AZVendor
Do yourself a favor and have someone that knows what they are doing and has the correct tools and experience do it.
