The machine seemed to be half duct tape, and the selections weren't terribly great. I hope the owner isn't on here. I don't want to offend anyone. mission vending Posted August 21, 2010 Share Posted August 21, 2010 The big blob of tape is where the DBV should be on that old Rowe. Probably was smashed in in an attempt to get into it. Notice the padlocks on the side? The smaller blob is where the T-handle should be. I`d bet you were looking at a machine that was vandalized and had not been repaired yet. And the picture was NOT staged. well, ok, I did turn the can around so you can see the WD 40 logo. But, I walked in the utility room and snapped the pic.
