dogcow Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 i use it. its got its plus and minuses. plus - its awesome for keeping track of voice mails, it transcribes them (more or less accurately) and can txt you the content also they can be sorted and organized much like e-mail threads in gmail minus - in terms of a phone service its HORRIBLE. i constantly get dropped calls which makes me look very bad in terms of my business especially when someone calls from a pbx so the callback # is blocked. i wish i had never got started with them for this reason however the ph# is now printed all over my cards, flyers, machines,honor boxes,etc... so its too late. on my vending machines ive added a penciled in note with my direct cell ph# as an alt. contact because of this issue with dropped calls.
