dpvnc
On some of my NW 60 refurbs I am having the quarters jam up on top of the aluminum chute cover. Is this a common problem? I think a couple of my customers got a bonus chute cover with the vend.

Hillbilly
Ditto here. You can try bending the little tabs on the chute cover. If that doesn't work than use some tape and tape it in really good, going behind the chute with the tape. I've never had one come out the flapper before though. The coins will still pile up though. will.vend
while we are on the nw 1 inch machine, make sure you lock down the arm on the mech securely to the machine, some of them are tricky to lock in place, I have had the mech fall out of the machine before. it's basically the same on the pn95. Hillbilly
After thinking about this for a while, I think I am going to start putting rubber bands around the chute to hold the cover in place. Sure will beat taping them.
