sterling - toys might melt in here in Phoenix , when it is 150 degrees during the day and 400 degrees in the van lol but hold up better then the PMM

mainor - I agree with steve It is one of the better programs for vending on the market, if not the best. I have downloaded and tried several in the past. I would be lost with out knowing what locations need servicing and when. he has added several fucntions that I have requested to make my life easier. I believe he gives 60 days to use it before purchasing it, and even then he gives a discount for the members here.

I agree with sterling. Al of my locations except for 3 are candy - the toy locations do so much better and I dont have to worry about the 130 degree heat melting the candy before I can get to the location I have decided that all new locations with be toy locations, except for te machines I still have that only will do candy (and may sell most of them off) I have orders at Brand and A&A waiting on product.

I have used Eddie and Rob to find me locations. Both have done an excellent job for me. When eric was killed , I had just placed a order for a location. Eddie called me and told me what had happened, so I told him I wasnt in a big hurry for the location, I let him take care of what needed to be done. A couple of weeks later he called me and got the information again for the order and found me a pretty good location. When I purchased several bulk machines about a couple of months ago, he found me several locations with no money up front.

I had 1 location, but since the 1st of the year I have grown to over 50 locations including bulk, snack, and soda locations

looks like they restored another backup and everything is back to normal again, after I spent 2 hrs rekeying part of the stuff. Hopefully they will repond to my email soon

I have spent the last couple of hours keying in product codes and trying to figure out what went where on the snack machine I placed last week. It looks all the data is missing from 5/13 on, services done on 5/12 was there but the services from 5/15 and beyond are missing.

Is anyone else using Vend-trak software ? If so, is all of your data missing for the last month, including new locations, products, services etc ? When I logged in this morning to get my route sheet printed for today - all of my data is missing :'( Just trying to find out if anyone knows what happened

I had the problem on one of my machines (dixie narco 501e) it turned out to be the switched on the motors sticking. -

No I have a state resell permit so I dont pay any sales tax when picking it up - I pay sales tax when it is sold INSIDE the state of AZ, so If I was shipping it out of state - there would be no sales tax on either end.

where is the best place to order beavers or NW's from ?? I see where brand sells them, but they dont list any prices on thier website

I agree about the shipping, but brand imports is only 5 miles from the house so I usually just drive over there, main problem with brand is they are always back ordered on thier items I am still waiting on some mania stuff I ordered 2 months ago. When I order from A&A I will order several bags of each to keep shipping cost down

Are the LYPC a good a reliable machine esp - the coin mech ? I read where they had problems with the acorn style caps I am ordering a rack stand from gumball factory and was wondering it the machines was worth getting also or should I just order the NW's or beavers I will be getting 2", 1" and bulk candy setups thanks

New guy looking for a book on vending

hkfletch - you will find more information from the members here on this site then you will probally ever find in any book. After you get your 20 posts - donwload and read the ebooks here, but in the mean time the best thing (IMO) is to read back thru all of the older posts. I have found way more quality information there. And if you have any questions at all - post a message and someone will be able to answer it for you.
