Donovon
When I first came onto this forum loved reading his post... But notice no new ones. Is he still here on the forum
sherlock
He stopped coming around. All of the threads that were in the "T-bird World" forum can now be found in the bulk section mixed-in with all other bulk threads. So, though he may not come around much anymore, all of the wisdom and friendly chatter he provided can still be found here.

We may not get it, but I'm sure he had his reasons and felt it was the right choice for him and his situation.
Jax Snacks
We may not get it, but I'm sure he had his reasons and felt it was the right choice for him and his situation. Ditto. There are so many factors involved and sometimes we are faced with the proverbial rock and hard place. One big complaint I hear from various business owners is dealing with the high number of hours needed just to make it (14 hour days, 6/7 days per week). That can be draining even if you love the business. Not to mention the stain those long hours can have on the spouse. At some point the spouse can (or will) stop supporting the endeavor and may ultimately leave - creating even more stress. Not saying that happened in this case. But the last 4 years, aka the Great Recession, have been tough on many small business owners (especially restaurants). Best wishes Tbird.
