moondog
All of the above. Plus get your name on the machine(s) - I just use a business card with 2 sided tape on the back. In addition, make a note of all your snack items and how many are in each column. During your next several trips, monitor this closely and don't hesitate to replace slow movers. It'll take you at least a couple of months but you can significantly increase your sales by replacing a few losers with winners.
mission vending
All of the above. Make changing the locks your first priority. Then ask locations for suggestions on different items.

The machines I am looking at all have a turn handle on them and run off the same key You just need to replace the barrel lock which you can do yourself. In saying that some barrel's can be reprogrammed to different combinations but I doubt that you have this type of lock on your machines. You can go to http://www.cobralock.com/vendinglocks to see what I mean or do a search for locks on the forum as there was a discussion about replacing locks recently.
