moondog
Welcome to the forum. Six snack machines is a nice number to start with as you can buy in bulk and won't have too many problems with stales. Think about doing coffee once you get established. What specific machines are you using?

AZVendor
A standard Excel spreadsheet will do the job for you. It will allow you to customize your data and make a variety of calculations for the results you want. If you want something that is vending-specific, there are some low priced options that you can try. You should Google for vending software, vending machine program, or something of the sort. When you find one you're interested in you can post a specific question for any vendors that might be using that program. Be sure to post in the Full Line Beverage and Snack forum. I will warn you that there are so many ways to do this task, that most small vendors just make up their own methods. Only a few will actually pay for a software program to use. What specific machines are you using? its an odd combitnation,, the first machine we found was a used lcm4, then we bought 2 saega office deli machines still in the box,, finally we made a largerbuy from megavending and got 4 AP7000 machines, 2 dixie Narco 501E and 2 Dixie Narco 601 machines.. they finally arrived, and we are currently testing them all before moving them onto location. Oddly enough we were thinking of looking in some coffee vending aswell, good call I think

daveanddeb
The saegas we bought through an auction when we first began, was a spontaneous buy, luckily we have a couple small inside locations to put them. We Definately have no intentions of buying those again lol
