tedk Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 I have a Vendo 511 that is showing an error message I haven't seen before. It is Err 6. the sub level is ESC. In the error code page the explanation is "Excessive Escrow Attempts" I don't have an escrow set up as far as I know. The machine is still accepting coins and dispensing. There is no bill acceptor. AZVendor Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 Excessive escrow attempts refers to someone pressing the coin return on the door many, many times. I don't know how many presses it takes to set the message but the message is to let you know to check your coin mech for any problems that would cause a customer to press the coin return.
