Can you tell us about the apartment complex? Most stay away from these type of locations.

I am not sure if this is the right thread but sure I can tell you that I have 39 Apartment Complexes. That particular one is my best. The overall monthly average for all 39 apartments is $17.35 a month. Rob from Kickstart Locations is the one who convinced me to start doing apartment complexes and I am glad I did. Although I must tell you this is a cautionary tale. I have had more vandalism in Apartments than any other type of location. That is why now I only place them in the cabana close to the office. The laundry rooms, especially in run down apartments usually just do awesome for awhile. But always and I do mean always turn up vandalized or stolen. At first I would actually put my worst looking machines in laundry rooms (thinking maybe its worth the risk) but after losing so many machines and the candy too, it just was not worth it to me anymore. So now I just say no to laundry rooms.

Here is a list of the monthly average of all 39 Apartment Complexes I have. The machines are mostly triples but some doubles and one eight head. Obviously if I just got rid of a few of the low producers my overall average would go up. I just have not (soon hopefully) got around to it yet.
