cooperb21
What kind of insurance would you recommend? I am planning on only putting 1-10 candy/gumball vending machines around. I am worried that someone might choke on a gumball or eat peanut m&m's and are allergic to peanuts. Thanks.
AZVendor
If you are going to create a real business entity whether it's a sole proprietorship, LLC or corporation, you need to purchase liability insurance. If you are not going to be legit then you won't find a policy for you. It is not cost prohibitive but it is a real expense you need to factor in. Use an insurance broker to find an affordable policy for you. CNA offers vending policies.
orsd
Don't insure the machine themselves, only liability with product rider
