Anacapa Vending Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 Hey all I'm having an issue with a candy tray... D2 & D3 both say 'make another selection' when I try and test them... When I go to 'product configuration' and go under 'D tray' the display reads (DD DDDDDD) I have tried everything I could think of and can not get the 2 missing rowes to show up and work. cvending Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 Sounds like you have broken wires in the harness. Check the harness as it plugs into the tray board on the right hand side. lacanteen Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 A very common problem for the 167, It is usually the tray harness. As CVENDING said, unplug from the rail board on the right side of the tray, check, reseat, press the door switch and see if it is corrected. If not swap D & E trays, press the door switch and see if the problem moves with the tray. If it does, it's tray harness or motors. If the problem stays in the D position it is likely the rail board.
