Coal River Vending Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 What am I doing wrong? Timing? You can shake knob and will let them fall as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
vendtex Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 That looks like a capsule wheel not a gumball one. But I'm still something of a newbie Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Coal River Vending Posted April 27, 2017 Author Posted April 27, 2017 That would make sense Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
QuikVend Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Make sure the wheel opening is perfectly lined up with the chute opening. With the riser, it should only vend 1 gb.
gumball guy Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 That looks like an Eagle capsule wheel. It won't work correctly with gumballs. The gumballs will pinch/jam & misvend against that plastic part covering the chute. You need a 2 spring brush housing and it should work correctly. You can order it from Eagle or Oak or Ebay.

Coal River Vending Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 Your brush is installed upside down. Fixed that. Should it have 1 or 2 springs? Do I have the right parts?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
gumball guy Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 That is an Eagle capsule brush housing. You really should use a double spring brush (doesn't have that plastic part covering the chute) housing. The gumballs (850s) have a tendency to jam on that plastic piece covering the chute when you are turning the handle. It is especially bad when the unit is more than half full. It will make the wheel jump causing mis-vends. You can get the double spring housing from Eagle, Oak or ebay.
