You need to make sure the vendor is level and then reprogram the home position and then the settings of where the plunger hits on the targets on various selections around the machine.  The manual explains how to do it.

I had problems which seem to be gate-related. On the top shelf, 20 oz coke bottles would slide out slowly and the caps would hit the motor shroud. The cup would attempt to bend with the bottle still leaning on the shelf with little more than gate friction holding it in. When the vertical axis moves to vend, it knocked the bottles down.

I can't say if that's your problem as this machine has so many variables, but I took coke bottles out and stuck with Pepsi and 7up bottles.  The sales in this account have dropped so no rush to sell coke bottles anyway.
