BTVFC
I have a Vendo V21 with the latest controller firmware (12.1 v34), Mars bill recycler, Coinco 6 tube changer. Over the weekend, the display showed 4 zeros, no decimal. When a quarter was put in the slot, the display showed 896 (no decimal). After the vend, it spit out several recycled $5's, and about $35 in change. Fortunately, the person to whom it happened, called me immediately, and held the $$ until I could retrieve it. Power cycling the machine put it back to normal, but it may happen again. Any thoughts?
AZVendor
Burned out or nearly so florescent lamps in or near the machine, bad ground on the machine or in the wall outlet, dirty power in the building or a brownout or spike on the circuit.
