I haven't run stickers in ages, so I can't even hazard what the used market for sticker machines is now. Judging by the condition, I wouldn't think too much. The thing about stickers and tattoos is you will need many machines to rotate the product and a few high volume locations where you can blow out the leftovers at a quarter.
