BTVFC Posted February 21, 2019 Share Posted February 21, 2019 There can be several reasons. The machine controller may need a firmware upgrade to be compatible. The PayRange device may need a firmware upgrade or downgrade to be compatible. The folks at PayRange may be able to help. Send them an email or call. They will give you a time that they will call. It didn't work right away, I had to power cycle the machine a couple of times after changing the config. After ten minutes Payrange worked fine.
