I just bought a Dixie Narco (believe either a 348/414e or 501e) last week and I got everything working fine except for when I hit the blue button to put it into service mode it just says error. Basically after pressing the blue button buttons 2 and 3 are scroll, 4 is enter and 1 is back (these are the selection buttons, 1 is the top flavor, 2 is the one below, etc) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However I believe that one of the owners before me put a password on it and now I am unable to adjust the prices and go into other settings. (Which is the thing I wanted to do adjust the prices) So does anyone have any help/suggestions for me? Hopefully save me a call and being in hold for an hour woth Dixie Narco!
