Pinto Posted April 5, 2020 Share Posted April 5, 2020 Hi,Im new to this group and I own a max vending machine and model is Vcm-3000.The reason why im here is someone could help me on how to fix or order the cooling unit for the vending machine.Below are the attached pictures of the unit im looking for.I would be a big help if someone could suggest me on how to order from Alibaba through which supplier.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you. None of us really operate these Chinese made machines, and as such we really don't know where to find parts for them, nor do we use Alibaba often. And quite honestly, the situation you are in currently is one of the reasons we stay away from Chinese machines. Here in the US, there are dozens of companies that sell and repair refrigeration decks for most US built machines, however very few stock Chinese decks like yours. As downtime is very important for us, we stick with machines with good parts and service availability. The only member here I can think of that might know would be falls. Sorry.
