Newby with first location and already having a problem.

I am brand new to this game, I just set my fist pair of machines yesterday.  A vendo 501 and a National 147 with the universal control board from venders exchange in it.  I was getting ready to start something and got the opportunity to put these in a nursing home at VERY short notice.  When I went to look at the machines, they both tested out fine, but the snack machine is now randomly vending, and sometimes will vend anywhere from 2-4 selections at once.  The last vend I did with it, it vended 4 items (on 2 different levels).  When I opened the door, it dropped 2 more items and refunded.  Anybody have any ideas?  I did run the full reset on all three parts of the computer, but no change.

 

t find anything anywhere in searching that showed the same problem.

Call Vendors Exchange since its their logic board.

Thanks, I called and ordered a new board today. Also have a line conditioner coming as when I put multimeter leads in the outlet, I got a spike of over 130v and then it settled to 122. I did tell their Maintenance guy.

 

If a mod wants to move this, feel free.
