Error in Sizing Optics on a Crane USD2 Coin Mech

Just set up a new machine at a location and now the coin mech is showing this error, machine will accept bills and the coin mech makes change but the machine will not accept coins as a payment option. besides cleaning the coin path not really finding another suggestion on clearing this error, anyone here have an idea?

The coin mech needs to be re-tuned.

Can you please clarify, not sure how to "retune" ive completely cleaned it and adjusted the floats

The only tuning in it that I see is for custom tokens.  You probably need to have a technician re-tune it.

Unless I'm mistaken, sizing optics issues in the Currenza C2 were a component failure in the acceptor.  You may need to replace the mech (or at least have it repaired).

Finally got through to tech support and they confirmed this, this a bad sensor in the top module, options are replace or repair.
