AScott115 Posted February 9, 2022 Share Posted February 9, 2022 Hello, I have an RVCC-660-9 that I have 20oz Gatorades in it. I have it set for the wide setting but two days in a row the bottle has gotten caught by the cap by the arms. I test vended 3 drinks and everything worked fine but today it caught again and it states it is now sold-out. Any suggestions on if I have it set up wrong? I have it in column 11. AScott115 Posted February 14, 2022 Author Share Posted February 14, 2022 I am yes, I figured it out that I had the spacers set to far ahead and the gatorade would slide forward too far and get snagged for being "Too wide".
