SnakAtak Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 Hello all! I have a Dixie Narco series 2 that is not 2 selections. The motor works fine. The timing seems to be fine. The switches are fine. When you make the selection it sounds like it's working but it doesn't drop and then calls it a jam. If you open the door and close it it reads vault and drops the can. I am at a loss. Vendo Mike Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 You should be able to vend test with the door open. This will allow you to locate and inspect what you're hearing. If the motor is mechanically disconnected from the cradle (broken roll pin?) then you'll hear the motor from outside but not realize the cradle isn't turning.
