thebigguy
I get this on my dn5800 every few weeks or so and I have no idea why. Every time I get it I have to run back to the location and reset my machine power. Does anyone know why does this keeps happening?
Vendo Mike
Does your machine offer any errors?

Vendo Mike
This could be that the unit is losing power due to a faulty board or that the power to the unit is unstable. Check your service cord for damage. If that looks good, check the wall for proper power and grounding. Also, make sure you aren't sharing an outlet between 2 refrigerated machines ( or anything that draws a lot of power when turning on). This can cause "brown out" or low power at the wall which makes your machine struggle.
thebigguy
Thank you for the suggestions, I took a router off the same outlet & looked at my plug. I bought this machine on location and I never went back there and looked at it. Someone did some aftermarket fix on the plug which is likely what is causing the problem. Im gonna go in there and see if i can fix it myself if moving the router didn't do it. Thanks again.
AZVendor
A router, as in internet? That won't make any difference. A wood working router could.
