Gamvend
Hi, I feel a little silly asking this question but does anyone know the light bulb size of a 3013a 3 wide snack machine. The lamp is just inside the door hinge and the bulb would be placed in vertically.

Sounds like a USI machine, you can contact Vendnet and ask them for the size information and then contact your local lighting supply store for the bulb. It'll be a lot cheaper that way. http://www.vendnetusa.com/

AZVendor
Gamvend, That lamp size is F40T12/48 or in other words a plain jane utility shop lamp bulb. You can get it at any hardware store. It has 2 pins on each end, is 48" long and you should get Daylight for the brightest white or Cool White for a slightly warmer white. It can be pretty tight to twist it in and out. Be sure you turn power off so you don't shock yourself. If the new lamp doesn't light, be sure that both top and bottom are in place and the bi-pins on the ends of the bulbs should be parallel to the door front. If it still doesn't light you will need a new ballast for the lamp, but that doesn't happen often and is unlikely if your bulb was just working recently and has truly just burned out. But remember that the longer a bulb stays burned out in a machine, the more likely the ballast can go bad. Also, there is no starter in this light circuit, so don't worry about where it might be.
