His mother has water, but her house is elevated, so the house is good. A coulee at the edge of my property washed out a willow tree on top of my small orange tree. Mom lives in what they call a flood zone and she had over 25" of rain at her location, so she had two feet of water covering her acre of land. Her house is ten feet up off the ground so she had no problem with any water even coming close to getting in.
