Thueyvend
I have a vendo 840 vmax that is dispensing a different product than what was selected. Any ideas?
cvending
Sounds like the space the sales has some of your columns combined together
AZVendor
What column is vending with which buttons? Do you have more columns than buttons? If so then it could be a space to sales issue.
AngryChris
Describe it more... I am not too familiar with this model. Is it just a tall model? I looked it up and it appears to be an older model but I'm not too sure. As far as I know, every vendo ever made was designed with all columns side by side (unlike newer royals and USI machines). If so, it's difficult to put products in the wrong columns. As cvending said, it sounds like space to sales, but it really depends on what you mean. It could be a board but I don't know what's even in that machine.
AZVendor
The V840 is a 79" version of the V720 V-max with 10 columns.
AngryChris
Then it could easily be a bad board. It happens if the board is missing standoffs and shorts out.
