Hugo
I had a Geneva hot beverage merchandiser Model 3205 Fresh Brew that displays "Out of Service Dispense Arm" and "Coffee brewer fault", apparently everything is ok, but the machine doesn't work. I really appreciate all your help, thank you and God bless you.
BlindVending
Is the slide on the dispense arm nice and clean and non sticky? If those gum up and it can't slide perfectly it will give you that error message. You can take it off and scrub it completely clean
Southeast Treats
I don't know that model, but like he said, they have all got to be squeaky clean to work well...

I had a Geneva hot beverage merchandiser Model 3205 Fresh Brew that displays "Out of Service Dispense Arm" and "Coffee brewer fault", apparently everything is ok, but the machine doesn't work. I really appreciate all your help, thank you and God bless you. I really appreciate your comments, but it seems to me that the problem is worst, the machine is clean. Whenever I turn it on the motor that moves the arm tries to move it back to its original position but does nothing, the arm is all long extended, can't be moved back by hand neither. Also, the machine displays "Coffee brewer fault". These signals are shown in the main control board: D6 is in red D12 is in red D13 is in red D7 flashes in green Any help will be greatly appreciated! - God bless you
AZVendor
It sounds like the motor is bad unless something is impeding the movement of the arm.
