Corvus Corax
I have a Coke RVV or RVCC Royal glass front. It keeps dropping bottles on the bottom belt and jamming the machine so they have to unplug it. It also won't grab anything from the first column. I have no idea, dropping both 20oz and 16.9oz. including a pic.
cvending
Sounds like the picker needs to be recalibrated. When you are in front of machine callRoyal Vendors and they will walk you through the process

Walta
1 Put a 4 foot level on the glass and adjust the legs so the glass is vertical. 2 Turn level on its side press it against the glass and the side trim adjust the legs so the trim is vertical. 3 Adjust all 5 legs so they are on the floor and supporting part of the machines weight while keeping the machine vertical from 1 and 2. Try rocking the machine it should not rock at all. 4 Rock the aluminum rails toward and away from the glass if it moves more than 1/16 of an inch the vertical bearing are worn out and need to be replaced. 5 Rock the cup left and right front and back if it moves more than 1/8 of an inch the cup bearing are worn out and need to be replaced. 6 Lift the cup up until it touches the top and put a clip in a vertical belt. Now move the cup all the way to the left and right the gap between the cup and the top of the door should remain the same on the left and the right. If not adjust the belts on the pulleys so the gap is correct. 7 The vertical belts need to be tight. Not tight enough to play a tune but close. 8 The horizontal belt needs to be almost as tight. 9 Make sure has pot spacers behind the door switch actuators 10 Make sure no wires or anything else is getting between door switches and the actuators. 11Calabrate the port so it is 1/16 of an inch from the wall.
