VendingThoughts Posted November 30, 2021 Share Posted November 30, 2021 For some odd reason one of the selections on my Dixie Narco 501e is saying “try another selection”. The column is fully stocked so not sure why I am getting this response. At first it was saying the same for multiple selections now only one. AngryChris Posted November 30, 2021 Share Posted November 30, 2021 You might just have a faulty vend switch or it might be jammed. It's also possible that the arm is just not in the notch. I'd open it, pull the door switch, and see what happens. If the LED dot on the display is blinking, it usually indicates a switch out of home.
