Vendo 721 STS Error

Hello Everyone,

I hope all is well. I am getting an Error code on one of my Vendo 721's. It's saying "Space To Sales Error, Unassigned Column 11". Does this have anything to do with me setting up Custom STS?

Everytime I clear it, comes right back up.

If you have  12.3 Firmware and it believes there are 12 selections to work with, you will need to assign Sel#11 to a column to stop the error from recurring

There should be a label on the main filter cap on the board as well as on the board's eprom.  Look for VEC 12.??   and Rev #.

In most cases it's easier to use the preset Space to Sales options rather than "Custom" but that is obviously up to the operator

I believe the 721 is only a 10 select machine. There is no selection 11.  During you Custom STS setup you may have programmed a button wrong.  Check the setup.

Pepsi's HVV has 12 selections.  If it's a 12.3,  it's a Pepsi HVV machine.  That's the only firmware that will give a StS error for selections 11 and 12

Is this a 12 select, 10 column?

If it's a 12.3 it is.  Pepsi HVV is the only vendor we build with more than 10 selections.
