tblake05
I keep getting notes of this machine stealing quarters. I believe them because I always find them under the control board area. On the shelf below the transformer as in the picture. I just can't see how they keep falling off. I've ran about 5.00 through there (as tube fill to refill a new mech) and as I watch they never come off. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I tweaked the ramp-shute thing a little but it keeps happening. Are they putting them in too forcefully? I'm afraid one will drop down just right and short out the control board. Vendo Mike
The bottom of the mech is correctly aligned with the return funnel and cash box? No gaps or issues with the return funnel?
tblake05
I'll double check everything. That's a valid thought I never thought of. Maybe they are getting rejected and landing there and it has nothing to do with the chute. Edited September 29, 2022 by tblake05
Gizmo Vending
I have one of these that I converted to MDB and put in a 5 tube 7512. I had to cut out the top lip of the coin return funnel because it was too tight.

AZVendor
Wrap some card stock or paper around the end of the chute to eliminate the coins missing the coin mech. It's usually dimes that miss but I have also seen quarters in those Royals do it too. Also, you will want to lose that crappy coin mech. A Mars might line up better with the chute. Also, if you snug the two screws down that the coin mech hangs on that might align it better.
