AZVendor
This is the first manual I find. https://www.cranepi.com/en/system/files/Support/022-7017-00_Operating_Instructions_-_JetSort_2000_0.pdf Your error is not listed though so you'll need to search for other manuals. More than likely you'll need to have the machine serviced and repaired. There aren't any user serviceable parts in it. marshy
thankyou for the reply.the manual mentions the sensor errors and how to clear them but it doesnt clear the "pwr fail table error"...its just always there..we did find a bent coin jammed in it..was just wonderring if it might have jammed and popped something on the internal circuit boards somewhere..cummins Allison want crazy money just to talk to there tech guys so trying to sort this through somebody that might have had the same problem. rgs,Phil. AZVendor
This is why I always kept my older coin sorter around even though it was more work, it still worked.
AZVendor
Yours obviously needs a repair so instead of paying crazy money to get them on the phone, just take it to them and pay that crazy money to fix it. It would beat counting by hand as you hate so much. This is a business that you have to spend money in, you know.
AngryChris
I have an old Brandt coin counter/sorter and it keeps on trucking. It has no bells or whistles aside from a digital display, but it was clearly built to last. It's a fantastic backup if you need one even though it's my primary coin counter. AZVendor
That is what I used as well before I got a great Brandt with the flat table. 1st Brandt: https://www.ebay.com/itm/166158524472?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28&srsltid=AfmBOoo9D65qAUICysBMTXQnjnG_Muhaf2DryS-EFMivQ9mxsVQPRZ5d6UU On this one I had to hold my hand up inside the drum to keep the coins from falling off the disc before they entered the counter. 2nd Brandt: https://www.ebay.com/itm/265644823330?hash=item3dd9aa5322:g:KIwAAOSwMWpiWLin This one quadrupled the number of coins I could count in an hour. Both were bagging counters which is the only way to go.

I have one almost identical to the first except my individual coin counters are analog
AZVendor
Analog is just as good as the one with the digital display which was just an option which was great unless the florescent elements started to burn out. Mine got dim but still were lit luckily.
AngryChris
I'm super happy with mine to be honest. I thought I would have upgraded it by now but it usually doesn't hold me back and it's real easy to fix when something jams. I think I could have 3 routes and still not really be able to justify a jetsort because of the decrease in cash sales.
AZVendor
Yup. Nowadays cash is not king like it was when we were running all cash at over $1 mil per year from 3 routes. That's why the later one made such a difference for me.
