AZVendor
Do not use a locator and do not buy new machines. There. Done.
AngryChris
A lot of smaller locations can be acquired simply by offering more attention than the current vendor. Start off with factories with 25 workers and offer cans, energy drinks, and a snack machine with various items. It's not worth while to pursue locations that are reasonably happy with their current vendor and it's not a good strategy to offer a much lower price just to get it. If they come every month, you'll start coming every 2 weeks. Start small and do t buy new equipment. Once you start moving a decent amount of product after acquiring several decent locations, you can start to see a real profit.
