dperry
I have the opportunity to buy a "Pizza Zone" pinball interactive gumball machine that is like these: Pizza Zone Sports Zone The seller is offering it for $300 with 1,700 superballs. I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know if these pics are accurate or not. I don't know the condition either. He says that he got it from www.bulkvending.com, but there is no exact machine like it on that site. There is an "Ultimate Racing" machine that is similar. Is it worth it? timberframe50
300 is the going rate in my neck of the woods.I have never bought one but always thought they would do great in a good location. I think it is a good deal since it comes with 1700 balls ($425).
Nick505
Yes $300 is the average price that I have seen the interactive pinball type machines going for. Although I have seen a few deals at $100 as well. If it is in good condition you can not go wrong with 1700 bouncy balls included.
sherlock
$300 is good. I have Sportblasters like this one: They are similar to what you have pictured. I found them at $275 ea some time back. I've currently got 1 in a restaurant and 1 in a laundromat. They do over $100 per month each with the 27mm bb. They can run the 850 gb in them too .... but I don't do the gb because I don't like the bits & pieces of candy getting into the recesses of the machine. Mine were a few years old when I bought them. And, even with the heavy use they get, I have had zero problems with them so far.

That company makes the same machine in lots of themes. It's the same machine used in litttle ceasars with their graphics those types of machines,do well this one is,made with lots,of pressed wood. antoniocinisi
Antonio, here is one that is a little closer than Texas. Sports Zone yeah that would help!!there was a pizza zone for sale in the st louis are but he wanted 700 bucks for his.I cant find that craigslist ad anymore,he may have sold it I guess.he had it up about a year ago and I called him and he wouldn`t go down on price.once I saw the ad and was going to email him and then the ad was gone.I like the pizza zone better because I wanted it in my pizza shop instead of rotating the wowie zowie and oscar wild ride every several months. I would jump on this.interactive machines pull good money.you cant go wrong with all the bouncy you are getting that will pull more then what he is asking. dperry
Knowing that $300 is the going rate for used interactives like this, I feel much better. I don't have the funds to purchase right now, but he said he'd let me know if another buyer shows up. He doesn't have an ad for it; he just responded to an ad I had placed, so he doesn't seem to be actively trying to sell it.
will.vend
dperry I know a guy that is selling an interactive gumball/bb machine, it is called sportyball. I bought several of them and they are making good money, I vend 27mm bb's for 50 cents. They have 2 compartments that allows you to vend bb's and gumballs. He wants 75.00 each for them and will deliver to you within reason. He travels all over with his vending biz. Let me know if you are interested, also anyone else that wants one, he has about 100 of them for sale.

Jax Snacks
I love interactive machines - hoops, pinball, baseball, soccer, etc. A simple yet effective "gimmick" to sell more gumballs or superballs. With this economy, I would not spend more than $150 for any interactive machine. I picked up 4 baseball/soccer machines (Simon's machine) for $20 each at an auction! They need to be refurbed, but well worth it at that price. Can't wait to get them out. Get them when you can, just don't over spend.

A nice solid all-metal machine, but a bit heavy and bulky. Just goes to show how bad this "Hope and Change" economy still is.

Jax Snacks
That soccer theme looks pretty sharp! A real steal at $75. Good for you, Andy.
jayhawk22
That soccer theme looks pretty sharp! A real steal at $75. Good for you, Andy. I agree with Jax. Any machine you can place with "play" value will really increase your sales. I use shootin hoops, sports blasters, BVP and other interactives to vend balls and gum. It is a smart strategy to move a high volume of gum and balls if the location has the space.
minivend
Sportblaster Machines are non electronic machines. SportsZone Machines are battery operated. They look very similar and I operate 15 SportsBlasters and 10 SportsZone Machines. The only problems that I have run into are: Flipper Assembly issues (springs breaking)and product jams in the product dispensing chute. Both are easy fixes and having spare flipper parts in your route vehicle helps as well as spare batteries (8D) for the Sportszone. I have paid as little as $200 and as high as $500 for each machine. The revenue averages are $100-$150 per month vending 850ct TimeBomb Jawbreakers, 850ct GumBalls, or 27mm Superballs depending on the location. They use Beaver Mechs which most people know I think are the best. Good luck and keep thinking out of the box as far as bulk equipment goes!
